there's a rumor cooking here at work.
apparently, we just might get paid to stay home on christmas eve.
this is exciting stuff because:
a) we're due to get paid on christmas eve, which means if we're closed that day, we'll get paid on the friday before...
b) this means i can go to las vegas for christmas with lots (read: a few hundred bucks) in my pocket to have fun with (read: gamble and visit strip clubs)...
and
c) our bosses *never* give us any more time off than they're required by law to. this is unprecedented.
they're supposed to let us know their final decision sometime today...but i've been told that it'll be ok for me to go ahead and make my plans. woo! vegas, baby!
